Non-Refundable Under Normal Circumstances

The IUSAE-2025 application fee paid for appearing in the exam, is generally non-refundable. This applies even if a candidate:

• Decides not to appear for the exam.
• Fails to meet eligibility criteria.
• Withdraws their application.

Exceptions for Refunds

• Multiple Payments: If a candidate accidentally pays the application fee multiple times due to technical issues, the excess amount may be refunded upon request.
• Payment Failure: If the payment fails (e.g., due to network issues) but the fee is deducted, candidates can request a refund.
• Double Deduction: If the fee is deducted twice due to a technical glitch, the extra amount is refundable.

• Supporting documents (e.g., bank statements, payment receipts) may be required.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method, but the processing time varies bank to bank and is not always specified, however it takes 15 working days to get refund in the source bank accounts. Candidates should refer to the official IUSAE website (www.iusae.com) for updates.
