Procedure for Online Payment of Fee and Helpline for Payment Related Queries
At International University Scholarship Admission Examination-2025 (IUSAE Edu), we strive to ensure transparency and security in all financial transactions related to Application fees.
After completing the Online Application Form, the candidate may remit the examination fee in the following manner:
- Check the validity of the Debit/Credit Card and keep it ready with you while logging on to the website for submitting Application Form. The candidates should enter the information asked for and make payment through a Debit/Credit Card.
- Through Net Banking, check the balance in your account and keep all credentials ready with you while logging on to the website for making payment. The candidates should log in with his/her credentials of net banking and make payments accordingly.
- For payment through a UPI Service, check whether there is a requisite balance in the Bank Account /Wallet to which the concerned UPI is linked.

We accept the following secure payment options:
- Online Payment Gateways: Credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and authorized banking services
- Through Net Banking
- Payment Gateway
- UPI
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refund Requests: Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances such as duplicate payments or examination cancellation.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
- No Refunds for Completed Examinations: Fees are non-refundable once a candidate has taken the examination.

Payment Security & Privacy
- All transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems.
- We do not store sensitive payment information beyond what is necessary for transaction verification.
Updates to Payment Policy
We reserve the right to revise this policy as needed. Updates will be communicated through official channels and the website.
Prescribed Application Fee can be paid through any Bank/Payment Gateway in any Payment Mode [service/processing charges per transaction and GST applicable thereon @ 18% are to be borne by the candidate].
Note: In case the fee payment status is not 'OK', or the Confirmation Page of the Online Application is not generated after fee payment, the candidate is advised to contact the helpline number/email of the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator.

Procedure to raise payment-related Grievance:
After successful application submission, the Confirmation Page of the Application Form should be downloaded and a printout of the same may be retained for future reference. The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form could be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate.
In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of the prescribed fee, then the candidate should approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway integrator, for ensuring the successful payment. Or may contact to us through email on info@iusae.com or payment@iusae.com or contact@iusae.com
In spite of the above, if a successful transaction is not reflected on the Portal, the candidate may contact IUSAE Helpline email contact@iusae.com. If the payment issue is still not resolved, the candidate may pay a second time.
However, any duplicate payment received from the candidate by IUSAE in course of said transactions will be refunded in 14 working day through the same payment mode through which the duplicate payment is received, after fee reconciliation by IUSAE.
Information to be provided by the Candidate while raising any payment related query/grievance through email:
- Name of the Bank and /or Payment Gateway.
- Date and time of the transaction
- Transaction Number
- Bank Reference Number
- Proof of transaction (Screenshot from the payment portal in case of payment failure)
