IUSAE EXAM APPLICATION CANCELLATION POLICY

International University Scholarship Admission Examination Association (IUSAE EDU)

Non-Cancellable Application

Once a candidate submits the IUSAE application and pays the fee, the application cannot be cancelled, and the application fee is non-refundable under most circumstances. The information bulletin for IUSAE UG/PG 2025 explicitly states:

Exceptions for Refunds (Limited Scenarios)

Multiple Payments

If a candidate accidentally pays the application fee multiple times due to technical issues, the excess amount may be refunded. For example, if a candidate pays ₹1,700 twice, the second payment may be refunded after verification.

Payment Failure

If the fee is deducted but the application is not registered due to a payment gateway issue, the deducted amount is refundable.

Double Deduction

If the fee is deducted twice for a single application, the extra amount is refundable.

Process for Refund in Exceptions

Candidates must contact the IUSAE helpdesk (via email or helpline, e.g., contact@iusae.com, payment@iusae.com, info@iusae.com, or toll free number 18001234389 or 9719155277) with details like application number, transaction ID, and payment proof (e.g., bank statement or receipt).

Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method, typically within 15 days, though delays may occur depending on the bank.

Candidates should monitor the IUSAE portal (www.iusae.com) for updates or announcements regarding refunds.

No Show or Ineligibility

If a candidate does not appear for the exam or is found ineligible (e.g., due to incomplete documents or age criteria), the application fee is not refunded, and the application cannot be withdrawn or cancelled.

Disclaimer: This policy is effective for IUSAE 2025 examination cycle. All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations are at the sole discretion of IUSAE management.
